Do you need a permit to install a shed?
Yes, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain the permit and verify all applicable regulations. we can assist you by providing all the necessary documents to make the process easier.
What space is required to install a shed?
We need a minimum clearance of 24 inches (2 feet) to install your shed.
Do we need site preparation to receive our shed?
Site preparation is not mandatory; however, it is strongly recommended. we offer site preparation services to make the process easier for you.
Will our shed be installed directly on the ground?
No, all our sheds are installed on concrete blocks to provide clearance between the floor and the ground.
Do you offer shed leveling services?
Yes, we offer shed leveling services, including re-leveling and/or door adjustments, whether or not the shed was purchased from our company.
Do you offer rotten shed floor replacement?
We do not offer rotten shed floor replacement, as this represents a very complex job since the entire structure is attached to it. Replacing a rotten shed floor would take longer than building a new shed. Additionally, it is very difficult to match the vinyl color, as many manufacturers have changed their colors and models over the years.
